If your business needs on-going support services, consider a Scott Sawyer Consulting Technical Support Agreement. Our Support Agreement offers multiple levels of service, based on your needs. This helps protect you from unexpected labor costs, making it easier to get the support you need; and with response time guarantees, get support when you need it.
A technician comes to you, repairs your computer while you wait. No need to mess with that tangle of wires under your desk, no need to go anywhere to drop it off.
A technician will pick up your computer, take it back to our bench to perform repairs. Off site services save you money and allow us to take more time to thoroughly repair and update your software. Additionally, if a backup/ restore procedure is required, we will store your files for up to 30 days.
